Shipping policy

Order Processing time for existing and pre-order stock


All orders are processed as quickly as possible. From the time of confirmation, please allow up to 3 working days for processing.

It will ship out immediately after processing. It will take another 2-3 working days to reach you.

Not in stock

Pre-order is required.

We will need to add in these items alongside with our overseas placement that happen every 1 - 1.5month.


Please allow at least 1-2months of waiting time.

-       Do not place the order if you are not comfortable with the waiting time.

-       We reserve the right to refund the order if the stock is no longer available.

If there is a delay in any processing, every attempt will be made to alert you as soon as possible. Please be patient while we sort out the order.

For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.

(Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays)

Life is unpredictable and totally full of surprises. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will try on our best to help in order to minimise the delay. But we are not able to assume responsible should that happen.



In-store pickup


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our retail outlet in Suntec City, Atrium, #02-363.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11:30am to 9pm daily. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.



International Shipping


We offer international shipping on case to case basis.

We will need receiver information (Name, Mobile, Address, City, State, Postal code and Country) to give an indicative quote on the shipping.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.



How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@kybunmysg.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


All pre-order items takes 1-2months to reach Singapore. If it is within this time frame and you email asking when your order will ship, our standard answer will be “all pre-order items take 1-2 month to deliver”.


It will cost you >$200 extra just to bring in a piece of pre-order item. We do not think it is wise to do so and we do not like to charge extra unnecessarily. Most cost effective manner for pre-order item is to tag along with our usual ordering which happens 1-2month interval.





Once we hand over an order to the appropriate shipping carrier, we cannot be liable for any delays or loss.


Incorrection Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses that are entered incorrectly at checkout. We are not able to have them redirected once shipment has been picked up by the carriers. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for an address correction. We will have to charge you for additional shipping costs due to the error.


If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the location and it’s up to you to follow up and arrange for another delivery date. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.



Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible or liable for any lost or damaged shipments once they are picked up by shipper. The maximum insurance for each parcel is $300. We will not be able to cover any shortfall should there be a claim on lost or damage item.


Lost: If you cannot find your package after receiving your delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Damage: Every shipment is inspected and packed by our inhouse staff. We are not liable for any damage to your package or goods that might happened once it leaves our hands and is in transit.
